As you all know, I don’t have a daughter, crazy I know! So I love to see moms and the relationship they have with their little minis. That’s how I came across Dayna & Aria on Instagram, I think they’re pretty chic. So let’s get into their style story…
Dayna likes to dress two year old Aria, in a cute and casual aesthetic. With her being two, she’s active and always on the go, so comfort is key while still being chic! She credits the Gap, Old Navy and Target as their favorite places to shop.
Aria isn’t quite at the age where she has developed her own sense of style, but she definitely has input in telling Mom what she thinks is “cayutee”. She will also tell mom what shoes go with certain outfits! Since Dayna is the fashionista of the family, her husband leaves dressing Aria completely up to her.
This stylish duo finds inspiration in anything such as: everyday people, Pinterest and bloggers. If Dayna spots something she thinks will work for Aria and herself, she incorporates that into their wardrobe, while not copying it exactly as she saw it.
Dayna always knew she had a flair for fashion, even as far back as Kindergarten, she remembers wanting to match the hair bows to her dresses. Dayna describes her personal style as, simple yet significant. She has a minimal style, that packs a punch with nice details. Dayna’s mom definitely helped to nurture her style. She instilled in her the key things about fashion, one being, don’t look at labels! You don’t have to wear expensive clothes to look good!
Dayna’s favorite places to shop for her chic mom style are, H&M, Primark, Forever 21, ZARA, and Banana Republic. She believes she is a chic mom because she did not let motherhood compromise her style. Like hello that is the 3TheChicWay Motto! She is always on the go and doing her mommy duties, but still incorporating her own style into the mix. She’s chic, effortless and classic. Things slightly changed once becoming a mom, she has introduced more athlesiure into her wardrobe, throwing on Chucks with distressed jeans and a tee!
Thanks to Dayna and Aria for sharing their style story!
