It’s outfits like these: that I don’t put any effort into, I don’t think about it twice, I just throw it together: that get the most compliments. That just goes to show you how differently everyone interprets fashion. What I think is my “bum-day”, everyone loves.
The head-wrap: Ankara fabric that used to be a dress. I cut that bad boy up, call me the re-purpose Queen! I knew I wasn’t going to wear the dress anymore, so I did what I do best, cut it! I’m getting so much more use of it this way.
The high-low shirt: ions old from Forever 21, similar one linked here. I bought it a size up, for a relaxed over sized look. The shorts, DIY from my Husband’s old jeans, I make it work hunny! I wore these before in my Dashiki Diva post, try this pair from JC Penney.
Now for the shoes, I think this is what sends the look over the top. These studded, rock-star babies are from Just Fab. They are no longer available, but check out this affordable pair. On the other hand if you’re ready for a splurge, Valentino has a pair as well.
As always, throw on those accessories, and you’re good to go!
