Thank You Mama-Mother’s Day Gift Guide

Mother’s Day is fast approaching and I’m here with some gift inspiration ideas for that special Mom in your life.

Now really and truly what we want is peace and quiet. Husbands take the kids out for the day and leave Mom alone. Like completely ALONE. She will be able to catch up on some much needed rest, her favorite TV shows and have some quality time to herself!  This gift is priceless and guess what fellas, won’t cost you a dime!

However, I have some ideas that require you spend some coins as well:

  1. At Home Hair Appt: Set up an appointment for the lady in your life to get her hair done right in the comfort of her home! I blogged about my TRESSENOIRE experience before here, and I highly recommend this as a Mother’s Day treat! (Tresse Noire Fab Founders Below)founders-high-res
  2. Spa Day: Mother’s work hard, there’s no denying that. Send her to the spa for a good rub down and she will feel like a brand new woman. I’m sure sites like Groupon, Living Social and LifeBooker will all have Spa Day specials advertised just in time for Mother’s Day!Groupon-Mothers-Day-Spa-Day
  3. Mommy Jewelry: Every Mom loves showing off their kids to anyone who will look and listen. (Annoying I know). How about personalized jewelry with the kids names and birthdates? Uber cute in my opinion, especially for the new mom!  Tiny Tags has some great options! SAMSUNG CAMERA PICTURES
  4. Gift Card: Most men don’t know what to buy their wives for any holiday, more over on Mother’s Day. For those of you that fall in this category, how about a shopping gift card? Retail Therapy never disappoints!gift-card
  5. Peace and Quiet: I’m adding this again, so you guys can really get the point! Make her breakfast in bed, and then take the kids out and LEAVE!

In all honestly she will be happy with anything she gets, it’s the thought that counts. She won’t even mind if the kids are running around and driving her mad as usual, its all apart of who she is now!

Peace and Love to all the Mothers out there, it’s the hardest job in the world! Enjoy your day!
