Mangia Pizza!

So it’s the weekend, its rainy, foggy and dreary. The kids are home and running me ragged. I figured let’s channel that energy into something creative and fun. Let’s make pizza for dinner! Save them coins that you would usually give to the many pizza chains around, and get in the kitchen with the kids and have a blast!

What you’ll need:

Pizza Dough, pre-made because really who has time for kneading dough from scratch?

Cheese, lots of it (we love cheese)

Toppings, we’re using Turkey Pepperoni and Veggies (Broccoli, Green Bell Pepper and Ciantro)

And of course Pizza Sauce

This was sooooo easy to make. The boys didn’t even really need me, except to open the packages. Brush the dough with a little bit of Olive oil, and proceed to layer your ingredients. Pop in the oven, and voila, Pizza! The kids were so proud to say that they made tonight’s dinner. It gives them a sense of pride, when you include them in activities, that they usually won’t be apart of.
